The HotBoyz Youth Football requires the following commitments from parents:

  • Application

  • State ID

  • Birth Certificate

  • Previous School Year Report Card

  • Physical

  • $250 Includes 3 Jerseys (Home, Away, and Alternate).

  • Practices are held 2-3 times a week. During the school year it will be 2-3 times a week and during the Summer 2 times a week.
