Coach Wayne began his football journey playing youth football for Coach Dillon with the KC Bulldogs Blue & Gold program. A standout athlete at Grandview High School, he was a three-year starter and contributed at multiple positions, including cornerback, wide receiver, and running back. After high school, he continued his athletic and academic career at Iowa Western Community College. In 2021, Coach Wayne transitioned into coaching, starting as a youth football assistant. His leadership and football IQ quickly elevated him to Defensive Coordinator, a role he held for three seasons while helping develop young athletes on and off the field. In 2023, he stepped into a head coaching role with the Dynasty 6U and 7U teams, where he continued building a reputation for strong player development, discipline, and competitive team culture. On March 1, 2025, Coach Wayne founded the Hotboyz program, continuing his commitment to shaping the next generation of athletes through hard work, accountability, and a passion for the game.
